B.A/B.Sc./B.Com. Semester-I
The admission form should be accompanied with the following documents:
For JK State Board students:
a) Marks certificate of 12th class (2self-attested photocopies) along with original copy for verification by the admission committee.
b) Provisional certificate in original issued by the institution/school last attended.
c) Character certificate in original from the institution last attended. Students
who have passed their examination as private candidates will attach the character certificate issued by First Class Magistrate/Police station concerned. A candidate having any pending case or any FIR against him /her has to produce character certificate of the concerned Police Station/Police Post.
d) Matriculation certificate (2self-attested copies) along with original copy for verification by the admission committee.
e) Two copies of self-attested reserved category certificate from competent authority as stated in SO 127 dated 20/04/2020 along with original copy for verification by the admission committee.
f) Undertaking duly signed by the parent and the student as per the format given in Annexure-I.
g) Domicile Certificate.
In addition, students who have passed 12thfrom other than JK BOSE the following
additional documents are required
a) Migration certificate in original.
b) Transfer certificate in original.
c) Eligibility Form
